Can I mix "Pre-Orders" with "In Stock" items?
We STRONGLY suggest our clients NOT to mix "Pre-Orders" with "In Stock" items/products not to delay the shipping of your "In Stock" items, as we only ship once per order (you pay for 1 shipping fee or get 1 Free Shipping).
If you have mixed "Pre-Orders" with "In Stock" and wish to receive your "In Stock" items before, please Contact Us to arrange for separate shipping costs.
Can I cancel my Pre-Order(s)?
Please note that when placing Pre-Orders the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival / Release Date) can change without notice. You can verify your Pre-Order status by checking the description of the item(s) you pre-ordered as we always try to keep it updated with the latest release dates provided by our Distributors.
With the above being mentioned; yes, you can cancel your Pre-Order.
Please note that we will deduct from your refund a 15% Pre-Order Cancellation Fee.
My Pre-Order release date or ETA has moved out to another month. What’s going on?
Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by Manufacturers and/or Distributors. We will update each item’s description with new information as soon as we receive it from our Distributors.
Before contacting us to check on the status of your Pre-Order(s) we kindly ask you to verify the ETA on the description page of the item(s) you have pre-ordered.
Sealed Hot Wheels Cases (Car Culture & Boulevard series) double taped at the bottom. What’s going on?

Because we receive some of our cases from our Asia (Hong Kong) Mattel Distributor here is the message that we get from them:
"Please note that in most Asian countries, the retail packaging features a label on the back that cannot be altered (we have made several attempts to request changes). Currently, we are in communication with Mattel regarding the issue of having two layers of tape on the packaging. We may consider adding a HOT WHEELS label on top of the two layers of tape, or we might aim to use only one layer of tape. In any case, we will provide sufficient documentation to confirm that these are original factory boxes in order to address customer concerns"
We do have feedback of customers finding chases on these double taped cases. In addition we have also found chases in these double taped cases when opening cases to fulfill "Set of 5" pre-orders/orders.

Please note that IN NO CASE does Scale164.com open/unseal cases, therefor we cannot be held responsible nor will we refund or accept returns on Hot Wheels Cases. We ship out Hot Wheels Sealed Cases as we receive them.
We ONLY open sealed cases when a customer has ordered a Set of 5, as Hot Wheels cases normally carry 2 sets inside.
