We only offer Pre-Orders on certain die-cast brands on our website due to the fact that some of the brands are very unreliable when it comes to release dates.

Scale164 Diecast lets you pre-order items you want to add to your collection, so you can buy now and have your new model shipped directly to you the instant it's released.

Can I mix "Pre-Orders" with "In Stock" items?

We STRONGLY suggest our clients NOT to mix "Pre-Orders" with "In Stock" items/products not to delay the shipping of your "In Stock" items, as we only ship once per order (you pay for 1 shipping fee or get 1 Free Shipping).

If you have mixed "Pre-Orders" with "In Stock" and wish to receive your "In Stock" items before, please Contact Us to arrange for separate shipping costs.

Can I cancel my Pre-Order?

Please note that when placing Pre-Orders the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival / Release Date) can change without notice. You can verify Pre-Order statuses by checking the description of the item(s) you Pre-Ordered as we always try to keep it updated with the latest release dates provided by the Distributor / Manufacturer.

With the above being mentioned; yes, you can cancel your Pre-Order.

Please note that we will deduct from your refund a 15% Restocking Fee.

My Pre-Order release date has moved out to another month. What’s going on?

Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. We will update each item’s description with new information as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer.

Before contacting us to check on the status of your Pre-Order we kindly ask you to verify the ETA on the description page of the item(s) you have pre-ordered.
